Sabrina Levitas is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works primarily with adults and young adults seeking support through life’s challenges, transitions, and emotional stressors. She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and brings warmth, curiosity, and deep compassion to her work.

Sabrina takes an integrative approach to therapy, blending evidence-based practices with a client-centered mindset. She pulls from different modalities to meet her clients where they are at and best serve their individual needs, creating a personalized and collaborative experience for each person she works with.

Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, grief, and chronic stress. She also has experience supporting clients coping with medical challenges, including those navigating cancer and other health-related concerns.

Sabrina creates a safe and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported in their personal growth. Her compassion, combined with her ability to meet clients where they are and tailor her approach to their unique strengths and needs, allows her to be a thoughtful and trusted guide in the therapeutic process.
