Dr. Fry is a Licensed Psychologist who is passionate about providing effective therapy services to young adults, adults, and seniors. She conducts comprehensive intake assessments to clarify specific diagnostic questions and develop clear treatment targets in order to help guide the direction of therapy. 

With her years of experience working with college students, young adults, adults, and seniors, Dr. Fry takes strengths-based and solution-focused approach to therapy, tailoring her work to each client’s unique needs and challenges.  Dr. Fry incorporates therapeutic interventions stemming from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help address unhealthy relational patterns and coping styles while creating balanced perspectives and healthier ways of engaging in the world. She provides a warm and non-judgmental space to process the top priorities and goals brought to the session by the client.

Dr. Fry’s training includes assessing and treating adults and seniors in a variety of inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings. She is experienced in individual and group therapy interventions addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, coping skills, stress, and serious mental illness.
