Yes, we accept insurance & self-pay for services!

You have the choice to use insurance or self-pay based on our rates.


We make it easy - we will call your insurance and share benefit details with you so that we are on the same page about what to expect. We will also submit the claims to insurance after your appointment so you don’t have to!

Medicare

If your insurance is not on the list, that doesn’t mean you can’t meet with us if you want to! We accept Out of Network insurance and will provide you with medical spending receipts for any partially coverage by your insurance. Please check with your insurance company about their OON coverage and how it can apply to your treatment. 

Payment Information

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit card and Zelle. Cash and check are not options for telehealth clients.

Cancellation and Late Arrivals

We create consistent schedules with clients to enhance follow through and positive success, but also understand how busy life gets and that things come up! We will do our best to find a schedule that work for your life and that is appropriate for your treatment goals.

We request 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Missed or cancelled appointments without 24-hour notice will incur a charge, as will returned checks, which must be paid at the time or service or before a new appointment can be scheduled.
