Professional Bio

 

In his therapeutic practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Jeff strives to create a safe environment, helping people explore fears, feelings, and concerns. Jeff works with diverse populations across the lifespan to deconstruct unhelpful patterns and behaviors. With a collaborative approach, he guides clients toward growth and healing, emphasizing the importance of mutual reflection and trust.

Jeff has attained his Master’s Degree in Counseling and he graduated with his Summa Cum Laude from National Louis University. Jeff pursued specialized training in psychodynamic therapy during his fellowship at the Chicago Center for Psychoanalysis and now works in private practice with youth, adults, and couples.
