Lola is a dedicated mental health professional with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a strong background in behavioral health and counseling. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Lola has extensive experience conducting therapy sessions in both languages, allowing her to connect with a diverse range of clients. 

Lola utilizes a flexible and individualized approach to therapy, selecting the modality that best suits each individual's unique needs. She draws from a range therapeutic techniques, including, Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy. By customizing her approach, Lola ensures that each client receives the most effective and personalized care possible. 

Lola is passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of adolescents and adults, helping them navigate life transitions, manage stress, and achieve emotional well-being. Her holistic and culturally sensitive approach ensures that each client receives personalized support tailored to their unique experiences and needs.

Throughout her career, Lola has worked in various roles, including as a Behavior Health Integration Coordinator working alongside counselors and primary care physicians, Behavior Technician providing ABA Therapy to children diagnosed with Autism, a Wraparound Facilitator supporting youth in the juvenile justice and foster care systems, an Early Intervention Coordinator collaborating with developmental, speech, occupational, and physical therapists.
